Terms of service

The service

You send us job details and your price over WhatsApp. We send back a quote document and a message for you to forward to your customer. You decide whether to send it.

Your price and your quote

The price on every quote is the one you give us. You’re responsible for checking each quote before you send it, and for the work and prices you agree with your customer. Any price check we give you is a rough guide only.

Free quotes and payment

Your first 5 quotes are free and need no card. One quote means one job for one customer; changes to that quote are free and don’t count. After that it’s £19 a month, paid by card, for as many quotes as you need. That’s for normal use by one business: if it’s clearly being shared or resold, we’ll talk to you before anything changes. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Acceptable use

Only send us information you have the right to share, and don’t use the service for anything unlawful.

Liability

We do our best to get every quote right, but you check each one before you send it, and the quote you send is yours. We’re not responsible for the price, the work, or any agreement between you and your customer. Nothing here limits anything the law doesn’t let us limit.

Changes and contact
